Joli is transforming the way businesses harness the power of social media. By connecting local businesses with authentic and relatable content creators, we help them build and maintain a robust online presence to drive bookings and sales. Our innovative tech not only streamlines the entire process but also provides measurable data that was completely unavailable before.

Since our London launch in September 2022, we've been on an incredible journey, bringing together over 4,000 content creators on our platform with a 50,000+ database of creators ready to go after. Our community has created 10,000+ pieces of social media content and helped our clients reach over 12 million people.

Over 60 hospitality brands have joined us so far. From coffee shops and street food stalls, right up to national pub operators and restaurant chains.

And we're only just getting started

Key responsibilities

You'll own the full sales cycle - everything from prospecting/lead gen through to demo and close

Manage a pipeline of qualified leads to build relationships with potential clients

Communicate the value of our product through a deep knowledge of our industry and best practices

Manage CRM pipeline data, making sure all communications are logged with accurate information

Attend in person and remote events and exhibitions

Ideally, you are


— a self-starter with an unbeatable work ethic and ambitious mindset

A people person

— confident with in person events & building relationships with clients

Social media savvy

— you understand influencer marketing and social media

Required experience

Ideally 2+ years in a business development role, with experience in cold outreach through to close

A background in selling to, or working in/with hospitality

Experienced in building and managing a sales pipeline

Proven track record of surpassing set targets and KPIs.

💸 £30-35k salary + commission
