Business Development Executive

Joli is transforming the way businesses harness the power of social media. By connecting local businesses with authentic and relatable content creators, we help them build and maintain a robust online presence to drive bookings and sales. Our innovative tech not only streamlines the entire process but also provides measurable data that was completely unavailable before.
Since our London launch in September 2022, we've been on an incredible journey, bringing together over 1,800 content creators on our platform with a 16,000+ database of creators ready to go after. Our community has created 6,000+ pieces of social media content and helped our clients reach over 7 million people.
Over 60 hospitality brands have joined us so far. From coffee shops and street food stalls, right up to national pub operators and restaurant chains.
And we're only just getting started
We have big, exciting plans to expand throughout the UK before launching internationally 🌎
But in order to achieve all that, we need your help...
Some of our lovely customers
You'll own the full sales cycle - everything from prospecting/lead gen through to demo and close
Manage a pipeline of qualified leads to build relationships with potential clients
Communicate the value of our product through a deep knowledge of our industry and best practices
Manage CRM pipeline data, making sure all communications are logged with accurate information
Attend in person and remote events and exhibitions
Ideally, you are
Entrepreneurial— a self-starter with an unbeatable work ethic and ambitious mindset
A people person— confident with in person events & building relationships with clients
Social media savvy— you understand influencer marketing and social media
Ideally 2+ years in a business development role, with experience in cold outreach through to close
A background in selling to, or working in/with hospitality
Experienced in building and managing a sales pipeline
Proven track record of surpassing set targets and KPIs.

What we're offering
💸 £30-35k salary + commission
