![[Invite] I was kindly invited to @caffecrostini and what a lovely lunch we had today☺️
The place was quite busy and you can tell it's a popular spot in Partick - either for a coffee and a sweet treat or brunch/lunch, there re so many options! The place itself is gorgeous, love the big windows which makes it soo nice and bright on a sunny day🌞
We both went for soup and sandwich (at £14.95 is such a good price!) - the soup of the day was scotch broth which came with two slices of toasted bread, and the two sandwich we ordered were -
• Italiano Vero - mortadella, burrata cheese, green basil pesto, pistachio crumble (on focaccia bread as per the waitress recommendation, spot on!). Wow, they didnt skimp on the fillings here!! Good amount of mortadella and loads of burrata cheese, and it was well balanced with the pesto. Great sandwich, this is a classic in Italy so good to see it here as an option😍
• Polpettoso - beef and pork meatballs, melted mozzarella, tomato sauce (on panino bread). Loved the melted mozzarella here, it made it so moreish!! I wish it was more saucy and had more tomato sauce, it would have been a 10/10 then for me!
Overall such a good spot, they also have so many cakes and croissants and I'll be definitely going back to try them!!!

Chulo's treated me with a box of 6 and I couldn't be happier, what a way to start the weekend!!!😍 I picked my three OG favourites Hips Don't Lie and Biscoff Brookies, Red Velvet Underground, plus the weekly specials Maple Kind, Percy Pig and Space Cowboy! You can find them all in their shops in Glasgow and Edinburgh this Saturday and Sunday, and don't forget to collect your stamp!✅️
