Can I use Ad Studio content in paid ads?
Ad Studio is made for your own channels, including paid social. Your creator delivers the content for your team or agency to publish, rather than posting it to their audience.
What does unlimited usage rights mean?
Once you've approved a video, you own it outright and can use it in paid ads, on your own socials, on your website or on screens in your venues. There's no time limit, no extra fees, and you never need to ask the creator again. If you plan to run a video as an ad, make sure it uses royalty-free music.
How can I get started?
Head to Ad Studio in your Joli dashboard and click 'New Brief'. You'll be guided through each step, and we're here if you'd like a hand.
How much does Ad Studio cost?
Joli’s Business plan is £799 a month and includes two Ad Studio credits each month, alongside influencer marketing. You can add credits at £200 each as part of a bundle, or £275 for a single credit.
How many credits will my brief use?
Each video uses one credit and each image uses a quarter of a credit. Choose your deliverables in the brief to see the total before publishing.
When are credits used and the creator paid?
Credits are deducted when you publish the brief. After the completed content is approved, Joli arranges payment to the creator.
How does creator matching work?
We recommend creators based on their style, location, and track record. You’ll see their portfolio and profile before confirming the match.
Can I review content and request changes?
Absolutely. You'll preview every asset in the app and can leave comments directly on anything that needs tweaking. Each brief includes up to two rounds of revisions.
How do I arrange a shoot or visit?
Once you accept a match, you'll unlock an in-app chat with your creator. Coordinate everything there.
What support do I get?
You’ll chat directly with your creator, and the Joli team is always on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Does Joli handle paid media ad management?
No. Joli is for the content itself. You'll need someone else (internal, agency, or freelancer) to manage your ads. We've got recommended partners if you'd like an introduction.
