Joli is transforming the way businesses harness the power of social media. We connect businesses with local content creators to drives bookings and sales through social media. Our innovative tech not only streamlines the entire process but also provides measurable data that was completely unavailable before.

Since our London launch in September 2022, we've been on an incredible journey, bringing together over 9,000 content creators on our platform with a 50,000+ database of creators ready to go after. Our community has created 40,000+ pieces of social media content and helped our clients reach over 43 million people.

Over 250 hospitality brands have joined us so far. From coffee shops and street food stalls, right up to national pub operators and restaurant chains.

And we're only just getting started — we have big, exciting plans to expand throughout the UK before launching internationally 🌎

We’re looking for a self-driven, high-energy Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by exceeding targets. You’re a natural hunter - curious, proactive, and relentless in your pursuit of new business opportunities. You care deeply about solving real problems for customers, taking the time to understand their challenges and deliver solutions that genuinely make an impact. You’re resilient, commercially sharp, and bring a positive, growth-oriented mindset to everything you do. What you’ll be doing

New Business & Pipeline Generation

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activities (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events).

  • Manage a full 360° sales cycle from outreach → discovery → demo → proposal → close.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent activity and forecasting accuracy.

Product Expertise & Consultative Selling

  • Deliver tailored product demos, presentations, and proposals based on customer use cases.

  • Act as a trusted advisor - understanding client challenges and designing solutions that meet business objectives.

  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on new features, releases, and market positioning.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work

  • Work closely with Marketing to refine ICP, segmentation, and lead quality.

  • Partner with Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.

  • Provide customer insights to Product and leadership to help influence roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Sales Process & Reporting

  • Use CRM (HubSpot) to log activity, track pipeline stages, and maintain data accuracy

  • Produce weekly sales updates, forecasting, and performance reports for leadership.

  • Follow a structured, repeatable sales methodology


Who you are

  • People-focused: You’re a natural relationship builder who thrives on connecting with others and goes the extra mile to make customers feel supported.

  • Self-Driven & Organised: You excel at managing your workload, finding solutions independently, and staying on top of priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passionate About Hospitality: You understand the challenges and opportunities in hospitality and care deeply about helping businesses succeed in this people-first industry.


What we’d love to see

  • 3+ years in sales, with emphasis on new business generation and outbound prospecting.

  • Experience in Tech, MarTech, SaaS, Media, or Hospitality.

  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota consistently.

  • Sales training certificate or qualification - e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger or equivalent.

  • Experience working in a high-growth start-up is a strong plus.
