Post So last week I finally made it to @fookmeiglasgow at the barras and I can't tell you how much I loved it. It's obviously been on my radar for ages but I just never got round to visiting and after the gorgeous @foodngems ....who never lets me down with a sensational recommendation had been telling me I needed to get myself there asap I knew I had to get on it. And as always she was so right. I visited with the lovely @louisemallanphotography Everything we had was insanely good but special mention had to go to the Ebi katsu sando and I'm still thinking about the hot honey king prawn weekend special. I'm still not over it. If you're looking for a spot on the east end that's casual and delicious this is the one. Just go.

Post I had a lovely Saturday pottering about in the sun - went for a walk and a coffee, grabbed some brunch and did some gardening. In the evening we were attending an 80th birthday party so we had a quick dinner, got ourselves ready and headed out for the evening. Itโ€™s been ages since I got dressed up so I gave myself a bouncy blow dry and cracked out a pair of heels - it was a joy. Last night we ate: M&S DINE IN. We got the ยฃ15 deal - we got a paella, a side of greens and some mac and cheese croquettes. Itโ€™s suuuch a bargain. Everything was delicious and I didnโ€™t have to cook which was even better. Simple, but hit the spot. #glasgowfood #homecooking #readymeals

I had never heard of this place until now and omg it was so good! If u know me u know I love a chinese takeaway (specifically BRITISH chinese food before u all come at me) We gotโ€ฆ ๐Ÿซถ๐ŸฝSalt and chilli chicken and chips ๐Ÿซถ๐ŸฝHoney chilli chicken and egg fried rice ๐Ÿซถ๐ŸฝKatsu chicken curry and boiled rice ๐Ÿซถ๐ŸฝChicken gyozas ๐Ÿซถ๐ŸฝBanana fritter Guys I loved this as I always do !! I think what I liked most was how this is right in the city centre and with the lunch deals itโ€™s very reasonable pricing for what u get!! You can eat in or takeawayโ˜บ๏ธ I reckon if I worked in the city centre this would be a go to lunch spot for me as there was so much choice and everything was so fresh and was ready rapid !!! I recommend trying here (especially during lunch time) to try the salt and chilli dishes as well as the honey chilli chicken which is always a fave for me!! We also loved the banana fritter which I havenโ€™t had in years! Forgot how good this is and I will be ordering this more frequently! The lady serving us here was lovely, so friendly and always smiling and made the experience even better for us!! My only faultโ€ฆ.
