By connecting local businesses with authentic and relatable content creators, we help them build and maintain a robust online presence to drive bookings and sales. Our innovative tech not only streamlines the entire process but also provides measurable data that was completely unavailable before.
Since our London launch in September 2022, we've been on an incredible journey, bringing together over 4,000 content creators on our platform with a 50,000+ database of creators ready to go after. Our community has created 10,000+ pieces of social media content and helped our clients reach over 16 million people.
Over 80 hospitality brands have joined us so far. From coffee shops and street food stalls, right up to national pub operators and restaurant chains.
And we're only just getting started
We have big, exciting plans to expand throughout the UK before launching internationally 🌎

Who we work with
Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations
Creator Acquisition: Identify and attract creator talent through vetting, research, and outreach via Social Media
Creator Enablement: User set up, onboarding and operational workflows to set creators up for success
Operational management of bookings, applications and content
Assistance with weekly and monthly reporting in line with targets
Business Support
Working closely with the Community Manager on creator campaigns and activations
Assist Sales with customer queries related to operational processes and creator bookings
Responding to customer related support enquiries
Ideally, you are
Entrepreneurial
— a self-starter with an unbeatable work ethic and ambitious mindsetObsessed with data
— you’re analytical with an eye for detailSocial media savvy
— you understand influencer marketing and social mediaRequired experience
Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with test-and-learn methodologies and experimentation
Skilled at presenting metrics and progress updates to senior leadership
Deep understanding of customer service and support
Able to collaborate both within a team setting and cross-functionally with other departments
