Rosa’s Thai started as a Brick Lane market stall run by Saiphin and Alex Moore, drawing on Saiphin’s Thai heritage. TriSpan took a majority stake in 2018, and in 2025 the firm brought Rosa’s Thai, Pho and Mowgli under the newly-formed Arcturus Group, one of the UK’s largest restaurant groups. The brand now runs over 40 sites nationwide.
Regional creator content is the engine. The Say When menu (unlimited red, green and panang curry, £20 per person) has become the format creators return to, from Glasgow lunch deals to Leamington Spa unlimited-curry sessions. Weekday £15 lunch deals and new-site openings feed the same pipeline.
Rosa’s Thai partnered with Joli to make that national coverage local. Each regional restaurant gets creators who live nearby, know the offers, and film dishes for audiences who’ll actually book. The curries speak for themselves; the platform makes sure they’re being filmed in every city that matters.
Joli are a dream to work with. We’ve drummed up some real excitement and awareness on our latest campaigns, and seen some lovely content from influencers with an engaged following. It works really well with incorporating more authentic UGC into our current marketing strategy.
