Before Joli, Comptoir didn’t have a dedicated influencer strategy. A few hours each month went on searching Instagram for creators and messaging them one by one. Creators who got in touch first landed in the DMs, where it was hard to keep track of who had been in contact, who suited the brand and where each collaboration was up to.
Joli turned that around. Creators now come to Comptoir, and every collaboration follows the same few steps from booking to finished content. The team spends its time choosing the right creators rather than finding them, checking views, reach, interactions and engagement rate before they book.
Gifted collaborations have since become a regular part of Comptoir’s social strategy rather than an occasional push. Every post adds to a growing bank of creator-led content the team reuses on its own channels, and saves and shares show which pieces are inspiring people to visit, not just watch.
For us, the real value of Joli is that it has made influencer marketing much more accessible and scalable. What was previously a time-consuming process that we could only dedicate a few hours to each month has become a much more consistent part of our social media strategy.
