Bottomless pizza in a Kensington aparthotel: Eve × Proper Slice

Eve is the restaurant, bar and café at Ember Locke, the Locke group’s Kensington aparthotel. Built by White Rabbit Projects with interiors by Atelier Ochre and House of Dré, the space pairs a warm bohemian room with a defining partnership: Proper Slice, the NYC-style pizza brand.

The bottomless pizza moment is the hook. £20 for unlimited pizza, salad and sides. £5 cocktails on Saturday afternoons. Plus a £20 midweek dinner-for-two deal that bundles pizza, chippies and drinks. Creators in London built entire “best midweek deal” videos around the economics, and Eve kept appearing at the top of them.

Eve partnered with Joli to run that content alongside the wider brand story: daytime café, early-evening bar, late-night pizza and cocktails. The creator programme feeds all of it, and the reach extends the hotel’s food offering well beyond its Kensington guests.
