Nightcap is the AIM-listed hospitality group behind a dozen UK bar brands, including Tonight Josephine, The Cocktail Club and Barrio. It’s fast growth by acquisition and refurbishment: Piano Works came in early 2024, and a £3.4m equity raise in May 2025 funded a new wave of conversions.
Running creator campaigns across that many concepts needs a central system. Nightcap partnered with Joli to brief every listing, match creators to each venue’s personality, and track performance in one dashboard.
Each brand has its own voice in the content. Tonight Josephine’s pink-and-prosecco Mamma Mia brunches pull audiences in Liverpool and beyond. Barrio runs £45 taco-and-margarita creators through its Soho and Shoreditch sites. Every post is specific to its site and audience.
For a group built on acquiring and reformatting venues fast, the creator engine is what makes each new opening work from day one.
