Prezzo Italian is in the middle of its biggest transformation yet. Under Cain International’s Brava Hospitality Group, the chain has rolled out new menus, a softer Mediterranean design, and fresh tableware across the estate. Refurbished restaurants have posted 60% year-on-year sales growth, and Prezzo is back on the expansion trail with its first new openings since 2020, starting in Edinburgh and Rugby.
Every refurb and every new site is a moment worth amplifying. Prezzo partnered with Joli to turn those moments into creator content, city by city. When George Street in Edinburgh opened, local creators filmed the pizzas, the mozzarella sticks, and the rock-paper-scissors dessert bet. When Hemel Hempstead or Canterbury get the refurb, creators carry the new look to their audiences.
The bigger unlock is family content. Club Prezzo, a subscription that lets three kids eat free with an adult main for £1.99 a month, is the kind of offer creators can explain in 15 seconds. Family creators across the UK cover it, from hidden-veg pasta to the £25-feeds-a-family-of-four Monday. It’s become a constant drumbeat of specific, actionable family content.
Running everything through Joli keeps that rhythm going without adding headcount. Every opening and every refurb lands with a creator programme already pointed at the audience most likely to show up.
